If we do not have what you have ordered in stock we will contact you straight away and offer you an alternative.
Where do you buy your food from?
The majority of our food is bought from local suppliers.
Where is the food prepared?
We operate from a commercial kitchen fitted to a very high standard with new equipment conforming to current health and safety standards.
What happens to all of my personal information that I have provided to you?
Any information that you have passed to us during registration will only be kept whilst you are our customer and in accordance with the Data Protection Act will never be passed to a third party.
What if I have a food allergy?
Depending on what your food allergy is we have certain products and processes that we can use on request. We cannot guarantee that there will not be traces of other food products, such as nuts, in items that do not specifically contain these things. If you have a wheat, gluten, dairy, yeast or other intolerance please contact us to find out what special items we can offer.
How do I register my company to receive sandwiches?
If your workplace is not already registered with us, then please e-mail us at with your company name, a contact name, a telephone number, street address and the number of employees at your address. We will then contact you to register you on our site.
