What is the LOW FAT option and how does it work?
If you opt to have your sandwich LOW FAT (option offered at the end of the sandwiches and salads order pages) then we will use, where possible, low fat alternatives. This usually includes spreads, sauces, butter, and many of the fillings. Please contact us for a full list.
What time will my lunch arrive?
We aim to deliver all lunches by 1pm.
What is the latest time that I can order to receive my lunch the same day?
Our order cut-off time is 10am as we freshly prepare the sandwiches as they are ordered and then aim to deliver them from 11.30 onwards. We will however often bring with us a small selection of sandwiches that you can buy from us.
Can I order by telephone or by fax?
All individual orders must be raised via the website. Reps are able to contact us by telephone, fax or e-mail. All function orders must be made by telephone, fax or e-mail.
Our computers are down. How can I order?
If you would like to make an order but cannot access the site then please contact us, this must be done prior to 10am.
If I forget to order my sandwich by 10am what can I do? Can I still buy a sandwich from you when you call at my office?
We usually will have a limited selection of sandwiches with us when we deliver for those that have missed the 10am deadline.
How far in advance can I order?
You can order up to 5 days in advance excluding weekends.
